Our Process

Cultivate the Starter

Every loaf begins with a living sourdough starter. We carefully maintain and feed our starter daily to create the natural fermentation that gives our bread its signature flavor, texture, and character.

Mix & Ferment Slowly

Quality ingredients are mixed and allowed to ferment slowly. This long fermentation process develops deeper flavor, improves texture, and creates the naturally airy crumb that sourdough is known for.

Shape with Care

Each batch is hand-shaped and carefully prepared before baking. Whether it’s bread, bagels, muffins, or cinnamon rolls, every item is crafted in small batches to ensure consistency and quality.
